I placed an order for some fish and chicken and green beans, rice and an oreo cheesecake... when delivering, I missed a message about not having oreo cheesecake anymore... but on delivery, there was no tartar sauce or honey mustard, either... I called the store to find out how to handle it because the dessert I could do without, but the sauces were a necessity... the manager of the store went above and beyond by not only bringing me a replacement dessert and sauces, but brought me hot and fresh chicken and fish too, and my sides.

"First off I am less than a mile away and it took over 30 minutes to get the order. Both of the Baja grilled Shrimp Tacos that I ordered were Sweet Chili Tacos and barely had any coleslaw on them. The fish wrap had so much sauce on it was soggy and dripping off. Neither of the fish tacos had a piece of fish that was more than an inch wide or four inches long. I ordered 2 lobster bites and they only sent one. The deep fried shrimp in the shrimp wraps were cold. Horrible, Horrible Service!! We will not be ordering again. Why are they still open?"
