It's really disappointing when you want something hot to eat, and don't receive the quality that is advertised. Also not sure what the point of ordering a drink is if they don't put ice in it so it's hot when you get your food. It's unfortunate because a simple mistake could have been prevented if the employees made food at the quality level they would expect their own food to be made with. "

"It's been a few minutes since I've been to a pollo campero. Ive only been to one a few times in SF.
Pros: the chicken was tender, well seasoned. The beans, decent. And the people at the counter were pleasant.
Cons: i ordered for pickup through DoorDash. Pickup was a little awkward. Something about my name missing a letter when it printed. Eh, no big deal, except I was left to wait awkwardly at the counter. Stuff happens. And they were pleasant about it, eventually figured out it misspelled my name. I asked for utensils and condiments.
The woman told me that there should be some in the bag. I let her know this was my order I was picking up. She checked, and, sure enough it was missing. So she added the stuff to my order.
When I got home, it turned out the only condiment that I got was KETCHUP (ugh). No hot sauce? Eh, oh well. Could have been an off day. And they were nice, to be fair. "
