The last time I ordered the Jurassic bowl, I received what looked like a child’s portion—barely half a pack of dry ramen’s worth of noodles. I’ve tolerated the shrinking meat portions and rising prices, but paying this much for such a tiny bowl is the last straw.

"We always stop by this store for takeout whenever we travel to Southern California. Until now, we’ve consistently had the best quality food and overall great experiences. However, our last order through DoorDash for pickup was quite disappointing.
We ended up waiting a total of 1.5 hours for our order. The food quality was not up to the usual standard— the bread in the Butter Dabeli , CTC SANDWICH (JAY BHAVANI SPECIAL) , and Butter Vadapav was old and hard. It took over an hour for most of the items to be prepared, and an extra 30 minutes for the Masala Pav With Bhaji in Butter .
Even though we started eating within 15 minutes after pickup, the food was soggy and didn’t taste fresh. We were really disappointed with the overall quality this time The Vegetable Hakka Noodles were just okay.
For reference, we placed the order around 10:45 AM, just before the store’s opening time at 11 AM. We’ll avoid ordering during store opening hours."

It didnt taste bad just didnt WOW me for the price because the flavor was pretty tame the lettuce reminds me of walmarts pre shredded lettuce that comes in bags. Plain Rice- 5/5. Great rice with a huge portion. A whole styrofoam box full of rice. Taste well seasoned but not too much. Like they used a bit of chicken stock / broth to make it. May wanna ask if you're vegetarian.
Mango lassi- 5/5 My previous order, the mango lassi was way too watery, BUT this time it was much better. Creamy with a nice taste of mango. This order, I left instructions to make it thicker. So I don't know if the first time was a one off and it's usually creamy, or if my request made a difference this time. I'm guessing and hoping it was the first option though.
NOTE: I would like an option for a larger drink serving. The large portions with the other items leave me with my drink running out about half way through. I REALLY LIKE MANGO LASSI!

(I don't usually get rice, but I've been getting it every time here.) I enjoyed this order more than my last one from them. (Garlic naan and mango lassi were lacking last order. Didn't order naan this time.) As I write this I'm sitting here full and satisfied with enough leftovers to eat another serving later tonight / tomorrow. I GOT THE ITIS (food coma). "My go to breakfast spot! Everything I've had has been super delicious and the staff is so friendly and sweet. I love their iced lattes and their chilaquiles (B& H favorites) are my favorite! Dont even get me started on the pan dulce. Like I said, everything is delicious!
