I must say, your pasta was amongst (if not) the best I have received on Doordash whilst living at this property. The only criticism, is that you were a bit light-on with the anchovies. I love anchovies. But, I acquiesce to the chef, as the flavour and texture were truly sublime. The pasta arrived, cooked to perfection and the meal was hot, which is a rarity.
