"I ordered an eggplant rollatini, and with my side I wanted Alfredo sauce instead of the marinara sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke to Vinny and asked about the substitution. Vinny accommodated my request and had an awesome, great demeanor about it. His customer service skills are optimal. Then for toppers, the dish was delicious. It tasted so fresh and it arrived super hot. Their Alfredo sauce is delicious. I would definitely order again and I would recommend this restaurant tenfold. Great customer service will always get my business!!!"

"Deli was great from DoorDash and the delivery person! However, this is my 3rd time getting Chili's from this specific restaurant and the Bowl of Soup is never hot, it's also only a cup. The egg rolls never come cut, but thats not a huge deal, especially since I got silverware this time! The other two times I ordered I got the triple dipper and they threw all three items in together and sauce got all over everything, it was not edible. There's no way to ask for things to be packaged separately and if you call Chili's, they say they can't change instructions because it came from this app. I don't know if it is worth the $35."
