There were plenty of shrimp in the Shrimp and Grits. There was a large piece of salmon with the Salmon and Grits. There was a LOT of fish with the Fish and Grits. I would order them all again if the price was right. Of those 3, I'd definitely order the Fish and Grits the next time I have a craving for a dish with grits.
The Morning Glory Burger was awesome. Lots of egg, 2 big slices of bacon a big burger and lots of fries. I'd definitely order it again.
I got the Big Easy Biscuit Bowl as a $12 Meal Deal. I never had a biscuits and gravy kind of meal before. It was also awesome. It came with lots of bacon and 3 sausage patties. I appreciated that I could choose from different kinds of bacon and sausage. The biscuits were big and tasty. The gumbo gravy tied it all together and was just spicy enough to make the whole bowl yummy. . I'd definitely get it again.

I could barely eat about a third of it; I found it a bit dry, in fact. The eggs were okay but they were more fried medium, not over easy as I requested. The yolks were fairly solid, not liquid. I liked the rye toast which was lightly toasted and wrapped separately so was nice and not soggy in the container like some restaurants do. It was pretty good, though, if not perfect, and I would try Amy's again I think, and choose something else next time. Everything was hot and I always appreciate that. "Caitlyn's Special Pumpkin Pancakes is so good. I normally don't get pancakes for breakfast cause they always taste bland no matter what's I get them, but Caitlyn's are so damn good.
