"Pad See Eue was very bland. like it had great portion size, good amount of chicken and broccoli, and the broccoli was very fresh. Noodles were also not overcooked! They're perfect. Just the flavor is so sad. Idk if it is bc I got 'spice level 1' but at other places the mild is still flavorful. I manually added salt which helped but still overshadowed the rest of the positives. (I've also had the pad thai at spice level 1 here and had the same 'bland' issue). Will maybe try re-ordering with a different spice level in the future??
