"I placed the order several hours ahead of time to make sure I had time to pick the cake up in route to my mom's birthday dinner. I showed up and the girl asked several times for my order number and name and finally got another worker who did the same thing several times until they finally realized the slip was behind them on the counter. Then they informed me they didn't have the OREO® Cookie ½ Sheet Cake I had ordered several hours ahead of time. No one called me to inform me or offer a substitution, thankfully I was offered one on site. First time ordering from baskin robins and this location, not sure I would order from here before calling ahead to make sure they have what I'm expecting to be paying for. We ended up with a vanilla ice cream confetti cake tha tasted okay, but I was not super impressed after everything."
