Everything was delicious, my French Toast Twist was sweet and salty and hit the spot, I stole 2 or 3 bites from the Traditional, which the onion bagel is perfect with, and will definitely be ordering one for myself next time. We split the Elemy's Lox with the black sesame seed bagel and as a huge lox fan the cream cheese was wonderful and the other accompaniments were generous while keeping the sandwich light and true to a lox bagel !
