"Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.
