-I did NOT receive my Pea Shoot Dumplings with Prawns (3 Pc), I received something with a lot of bitter spinach or chard (I know my pea shoots people!!).
-The rice was half filled and was just 'ok.'
-The Steamed Custard Buns (3 Pc) are missing most of the custard lol.
I have to take the blame. I should have remember that STEAM's quality has gone far down below their usual level of food.
--They gave me a little packet of mediocre sriracha hot sauce (nasty), instead of their amazing red chili oil.
-They did provide a slim packet of soy sauce, I don't mind because I didn't ask for it. Last time I paid for extra and got squat.
I will make a note on my brain not to order again. Don't waste your money! Their food was far better in person - this is not worth all the $$$.

"Both the pork dumplings with napa cabbage and pork & shrimp dumplings with chives contained a good amount of filling. Green beans were tasty and flavorful but very saucy. Chicken knife cut noodles were good but also saucy."
"The 3. 🔥NEW🔥钟水饺 Szechuan Dumpling（10） (Pork Dumpling with Napa Cabbage) sum were not spicy at all, and was missing that chewy texture and was slightly soggy. The sauce they were in was more of regular mild vinegar soy flavor just topped with a little chili oil. The filling was proportionate to the size of dumpling however they lacked flavor and could have used some salt or msg. The 2. Chicken Wings were not tender and was hard to get off the bone and the skin was almost inedible and could benefit from a longer cook time or prior marinating/tenderizing. The way that it was packaged did not allow the steam to vent which made the crispy skin soggy. They were also flavorless by themselves. The onion, garlic and jalapeño topping was the only thing that saved this dish. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again."

"Oh my god, not gonna lie.. I haven't had chinese food this good since I was a kid. The place I used to go to as a kid closed and it was so hard to find another alternative. I got the three entrees, with fried rice and it was so good! Orange chicken, broccoli beef and the beef with greens is so bomb. The sauces were all so fresh and beautifully seasoned and the veggies were cooked perfectly with a bit of a crunch! The price is a steal for the amount of food you get. "I don't like fried rice a whole lot but I get the combination fried rice with shrimp chicken and beef and it's so good. I have been eating from Hot Wok for over 20 years. I've maybe had two things to complain about over the course of those years of orders. It was instantly corrected.
Check out the serving size! It's not a little box that they smash it in everything comes in these huge container type things the price you pay and the amount you get is worth it.
