I ordered medium ( option was medium , medium well and well ). What I got was well or past well very tough. The other order of BJ'Brewhouse Bowl With TriTip wax also overcooked and tough. If this was the first time I ever had to-tip I would never order it again but it's not . I know how good it should be. Last the BJ's Kickin' Chicken Sandwich wax awesome. "
