I have ordered the same meal twice and got drastically different dishes. the first pot roast meal that I had was good, a tad salty, but tasty. The pot roast was tender and the gravy covered nicely though I asked for and paid for, I did not receive.
The second one had a comical amount of peas and carrots which were under cooked. There was not a drop of gravy in sight, the mashed potatoes were cold and could hang wallpaper and could have used some of that gravy I paid for and didn't get."

"Ordered meat and potato burrito combo with iced tea from Heights store which used to be the best. Added extra beef on my meat and potato burrito. As you can see from the photo extra beef wasn't added, and there was maybe two oles in my meat and potato burrito. Potato oles were ice cold and clearly old. They were all dry and crunchy. Iced tea was ridiculously watered down and undrinkable. $13 plus dollars? I remember when they claimed to be "Hot & Fresh". I guess that's long gone."
