Fresh Fruit Salad is a good portion and cut into nice bite sized pieces very much like in the picture except has strawberries instead of watermelon - my on ly qualm is that it seems like the fruit had been stored in the freezer after being cut, so it is likely the fruit was not freshly cut today.
