"Ordered food online. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get to our family when it was supposed to be 1/2 hour. Contacted the manager Brian at one hour of waiting and was told they were down to 2 fryers and he couldn’t cook our tenders yet and when I asked if people in the drive thru were waiting an hour for there order, I was met with excuses and no real accountability.
Then we finally got our food…it was terrible. The 12pc chicken was old obviously while waiting for the tenders to cook (“due to the down fryer”). We had original pieces intermingled when we ordered all extra crispy. The kicker, The tenders were dry after waiting all that time on those. Just a bad experience overall and unfortunately not the first time here. No more ordering for here for us. "

"The food from here is always great, but the Brisket Tray is my go-to meal every time I order from here. The brisket is so tender, juicy and tasty and it just falls apart in your fingers. It's always cooked to perfection, and, well, it's just phenomenal. The portions are always bigger than I remember, and certainly worth the price! I have tried many items on their menu, and everything is delicious, but I just can't get enough of their Brisket! I'm always recommending friends/family/colleagues to give Delta Blues a try!"

"Grilled whitefish didon't have any flavor to me until i used the tarter sauce. the shrimp were very small. The 6 Hush Puppies were tasty though. The green beans were very salty, the colelaw was a very good blend.
Personally for me, I have not tried Captain D'S since th 1990's and I remember why I liked the competition store better.
I do have to mention, I am used to eating at Fresh Catch of the day restaurant in Outer Banks."
"Ordered 2 Blackened Whitefish Dinners and a small, (really) small bowl of Gumbo. One Fillet was so-so. The other was fine on one side and the other black as tar and dry. Not somewhere I will visit again or refer anyone there ever. Complained before by calling and E-mailing, but I have never gotten a response. Word of mouth gets all your publicity and it's not good."
