It's dense, fluffy, and has just the right amount of sweetness! The Breakfast Casserole absolutely delicious. However, I dont see it as a casserole, more like an omelet. It contained green peppers, onions, and bacon. It was salted just right as well and the toast was nicely brown. The Biscuits & Gravy for a half order was quite hefty also! Absolutely delicious!
