The problem was that the steak was very sweet. It wasn't from syrup, the pancakes came plain and dry with the butter and syrup in packets. I don't know if the steak was cooked next to something sweet or if it is part of the seasoning used, but I could not eat it. If you like candied meat, you may like them, but be prepared to check your sugar levels after.

The fried okra and hush puppies were good but that was all. Very disappointing. My wife's fish was the same and she said the mac and cheese was mushy and not good. Sorry but this was a one star experience."
