"One of the very few places in the area that has vegan plant based breakfast and it's done so well; it's delicious every time! I do miss the fresh lemon that used to come with the yummy vegan egg Sammy but I have some lemon at home. The portions are huge at least for the Boca Egg Sammieand the Health Nut. The Health Nut is soooo good! Always fresh and gorgeous. I love the coffee and tea options, especially their signature Rose Cappucino. Over the last couple of years, I've tried several flavors and teas. Overall I love the whole vibe of The Modern Rose, it's a neat place with awesome people making delicious healthy meals.
