The meats were both tender, juicy and delicious. The pork was pulled perfectly, no big chunks just a nice consistent shred. The greens had soul and that nice little kick of heat at the end that makes you want to slap someone's mama. Damn they were good. Same with the beans, best I think I've ever had, seriously. The cornbread was pitch perfect, not too gritty, clearly scratch made, and was smartly served in wax paper bags in respectable sized chunks. I'm not a fan of mac n cheese but I tried it and even that was delicious, as were the sauces we got on the side. They could bottle and sell it. I will DEFINITELY be a frequent flyer at this establishment. My dasher had one stop before me and food was still hot upon arrival. Fan-damn-tastic! "
