A tomato based stew with amazing aromatic flavors like ginger, onions, garlic. The meal came with a lemony, pepper sauce and was so well balanced. This is the way it is traditionally eaten in Sudan too (hot diced peppers, lemon, chili sauce---like a better spicy Yemini fine pico de gallo relish). So thoughtful to include 2. I used to be a loyal customer and ordered from this restaurant regularly because I genuinely enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, my last experience completely changed my opinion.
Yesterday, I ordered three sandwiches with fries, and what I received was shocking. The sandwiches were so small they looked like samples rather than full meals. The portions have been reduced to almost half their original size, if not more, while the prices certainly haven't reflected that.
It is very disappointing to see a business take this approach. Instead of rewarding loyal customers and continuing to improve their quality, they seem to have decided to cut portions and hope people won't notice. It honestly feels like they're taking advantage of the reputation they built.
After being a loyal customer for so long, this was incredibly disappointing. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I certainly can't recommend it to anyone."
