"this place is reallyyyy good. their grits are a bit different in consistency or texture compared to what I have tried traditionally (so if you're picky heads up) but I thought they were amazing regardless. the breakfast burrito is one of the best I've had (not just in the buffalo area). very satisfying and it hits on all cylinders. I think the hot sauce came with that - really delicious overall. I look forward to trying the other menu items."
"I normally love Jacks but today was odd. I marked to go and got napkins only no cutlery....no straw for my drink and since I was not at home I didn't have access to cutlery in my room....if I am spending over $30 for a breakfast for one the least I could get would be some cutlery and more than two napkins...the breakfast IS delicious so do not let this review deter you. Portions are satisfying, fresh made to order and the Sourdough is awesome (even though I got 2 small nearly end pieces on this order)....Just be SURE to make sure you get utensils if you are somewhere where you need them. Hot grits eaten bare handed is not enjoyable"

"The Matcha Latte was great, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. The taste was ok for the BLT Sandwich but there was hardly any sandwich filling between the bread, even though I added chicken to it as well. The Caesar Salad also arrived with the dressing on it as opposed to on the side which seems unreasonable for a delivery order and made the lettuce wilted and croutons soft."
