Additionally, the taste was quite bland, and while the vegetables seemed fresh, they were undercooked, further detracting from the meal. This was my first experience ordering from this place, and unfortunately, it may well be my last due to these issues. The balance and preparation of ingredients need significant improvement to justify revisiting."

"I frequently overnight in Winchester on my travels and have eaten at quite a few local restaurants. Cafe del Sol is always a winner! Starting off a meal with their crisp GARDEN SALAD, with it's ample portion, is consistently refreshing. The KID SPAGHETTI is delicious! May I suggest you add an adult entree of this? The Tiramisu Shooter and the Strawberry Tres Leches Shooter were so tasty and a great way to finish the meal. I will continue to patronize each time in my frequent travels through beautiful Winchester!"
