"I love the ramen here so much. I usually get The Blaze Spicy (Tonkotsu) with a couple extra pie of pork. I don't care for noodles so I try to either sub for more bean sprouts when dining in or I buy a bag from the store. The broth is amazing. Their Fried Gyoza (6 Pc.)are top notch and I recommend them to everyone."
"I order from Silverlake Ramen all the time, but today I received some really unacceptable food. The broth was burnt. I am not sure exactly how you burn a broth base, but here it is. I had to dump it out and there were hard pieces of burnt remains at the bottom of the container. I also ordered a side of Sausage and thought the pieces would be more substantial like in the photo. These were an additional $3+, they were roughly the size of a quarter maybe 10 cents of meat. I do not really give reviews, however this was so bad I wanted to share my experience at the current state of this establishment. I hope they get their act together as the food used to be so delicious. One last note is I did try to call to see if I could get replacements for these items, but two tries and the phone line was busy each time."

"I have eaten Ramen at almost every restaurant in Ventura County and by far this one is my favorite. The broth of the spicy tonkotsu ramen is rich and can tell that it was made with love and time. I think I have ordered this exact dish at least 15 times now in person and through DoorDash. I appreciate their attention to packaging for DoorDash. The broth comes separate from the soup ingredients so your meal does not get soggy until you are ready to eat it. I do wish there were levels of spicy like in a Thai restaurant, but it is a good level of spicy without it being overpowering to the dish.
I also really enjoy many other dishes from this place, the dumplings, the Thai tea, and the mango smoothie are also amongst my favorites. If you have a chance, check it out in person they have super cute chairs that have bulldogs on them. "

The Garlic Albacore was so amazing that I didn't snag a photo, I began eating and just could not stop. One of my favorites for sure.
The Salmon belly Sushi was so fresh and delicious. When you take a bite the fish melts in your mouth and is so fresh.
Now as much as I liked these 3, the rest weren't my favorite.
The Scallop Sushi and the Big Mama roll were at the bottom of the list. The scallops weren't fresh at all and had a smell to it. I love scallops so this was definitely a disappointment. I would NOT recommend anything with scallops.
The Spicy Tuna Roll and the Yellowtail Lover were okay at best. I didn't get to taste the fish, just felt like I was eating plain rice with some sauce.
Recapping everything the rolls itself weren't the best but the nigiri was definitely great."

"The Mini Meal with chicken katsu was very good and actually a lot of food for the price. Comes with a good size scoop of fresh rice and a macaroni scoop aswell also good size, It also came with two sauces that I was unsure of how to use on the katsu but in the end I poured both on it and it tasted great, pretty sure I did it right because ive had katsu before and it tasted great. Will definitely return, the loco moco is also a must have even though it is a bit pricey. This restaurant does not mess around!"
