"The spicy McCrispy meal was very flavorful. The chicken had just a hint of heat making it perfect for me, the fries and tea were just your everyday fries and tea. Nothing special. What was special was the box of chocolate chip cookies. I was expecting was your grocery store variety of dried out cookies, but what I got was thirteen large chocolate chip cookies that tasted like they had just come out of the oven, soft and plenty of chips."

The hamburger patties were burned, and so were half of the fries. Very frustrating and it's is an issue that happens almost every time we order from them. Very few employees seem to even care about the customers, the quality of their food and the overall experience they have at this restaurant. It's sad to see the lack of pride, professionalism and customer service at this particular restaurant. Best of luck with ordering from them and hoping they actually give you what you ordered, not to mention the food tasting as it should."

"Ordered Smokehouse pick 2. Placed order for sliced brisket and chopped pulled pork. Got no brisket just pork. Ordered mashed potatoes with white gravy. Got potatoes without any gravy. Barbque sauce was a big thick clump of something and tasted odd. Didn't bother trying to continue to eat any of it. I've ate here for long time but never had a meal that was bad until now. Baked beans just tasted old and container wasn't quite half full."
