"So I've had the Chef's Special Panang Noodles for years. It had been a few years since I ordered this dish for takeout as I usually ordered it while dining in (more on why later). This dish is amazing and the chef is a genius. However in the past with the takeout order, the noodles and the sauce came together. Now they are separating them with takeout orders and it makes a world of difference. The noodles are deep fried. They are crispy and the parts that aren't directly fried remain wonderfully chewy.
