Every thing you order asks if you want ketchup, I think I put yes for two of my three items, thinking I'd get maybe a couple per ordered item, but no, they literally give you one small packet of ketchup. The 'hot' level of spice was good, I was expecting pretty spicy and I enjoyed it, for the 'medium' spicy things, they didn't taste spicy at all, it felt like such a huge jump between the two levels. "Tried the birria ramen just to see what it was like - would not order again. Firstly, the size too small for the price, secondly the flavor was okay and finally the noodles were undercooked (on the package it says wait 5 minutes, I didn't eat it until almost 30 minutes after I received it and it was still undercooked). You're better off going to an actual restaurant and getting birria ramen, more bang for your buck. The birria tacos were also not good, lacking flavor and the meat was chunked together.
