Gabe, a member of the restaurant team, went above and beyond. Once they realized what had happened, they kept us informed, worked with DoorDash, had our order remade, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
We ordered the Chicken & Ribs Bundle with an extra side of Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts. The portions were very generous, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the wait.

I would understand with it being a DoorDash delivery order that it may not be the freshest but my complaint is the bowl just wasn't made properly at all. "This was my first time trying this place. They have Nice big portions and tastes so good! Their Chicken Parmesan came in a special metal container so it was nice and hot basically just out of the oven. The Japanese Pan Noodles were also hot and delicious. Had the perfect level of spice vs sweet. I'm really happy I decided to try both because now I have plenty of leftovers for 2-3 more meals!"
