"The to-go boxes are pro. The only issue was that the food had cooled off quite a bit by the time I got it (it's delivery, and I don't expect it to be piping hot but the food was a little too cooled-down), but because of the fantastic to-go boxes, that was easily solved in a microwave all at once for a few seconds (the boxes stack and fit into each other). They didn't miss a thing, all sides - butter, syrup, ketchup, utensils, and napkins - were all in there. The sandwich and fries were tasty, and the bacon and pancakes were delicious! "They now insanely offer only dry mashed potatoes or with BEEF gravy!! They put turkey gravy on the turkey then a dark, concentrated BEEF gravy on the potatoes. The flavors conflict and it is off-putting. Ruined the meal which I have been ordering both in CA and AZ for over 20 years! The bill came to $105 with two turkey dinners, 15 or 20% tip, two $6 deserts and a one-person small slab of carrot bread. We can order an upscale prime rib dinner for that! Their prices have soared, portions have been reduced and now cannot even give you a tiny portion of turkey gravy for the mashed potatoes. Whoever thought .beef gravy and turkey gravy should be mixed on the sane plate or that beef gravy should be put with turkey gravy does not belong in the restaurant business!!"

"The bean and cheese burrito was nasty. The beans had absolutely no flavor, and there was barely any cheese. Maybe a teaspoon total.
My husband said the chimichanga plate was also lacking flavor and the texture was just off.
This location also takes 40-50 minutes to make the food whenever it's a door dash order. Which is hilarious because when you pick the food up through their drive through, it takes five minutes tops. I've gotten door dash orders from sit down restaurants faster than this place.
We also left a note on both items asking for red and green sauce (the little 1 ounce containers of salsa they give you when you order in store/at the drive through). Apparently they couldn't even bother to include those.
Anyway, we ended up throwing the food away because it was so nasty. We don't recommend ordering from this place. This is the second time we've ordered here and for whatever reason, the quality of the food is embarrassing when ordering through door dash. But when you order in person, it's perfectly fine."
