"Left out a side Mac and cheese from order. Another item was wrong. Mashed potatoes had zero flavor! Side order of dumplings had 3 tiny dumplings and the rest was just soup. The hashbrown casserole side had maybe 2 bites...clearly not a full order. "I don't know what is wrong with this store but they refuse to get orders right for some reason. Even if you pick up in person. It's always little things too. We order burgers without ketchup, they won't put the ketchup on but they also don't put lettuce and tomato on. They are the worst about drinks though, I order a cherry coke with out ice and ask for it to be made dirty. I have ordered it this way several times and I have yet to receive it that way. They also gave us short straws for the rt44 drink which will fall into the cup if you push them down to the bottom.
