"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

The Green Chile Chicken Soup was AMAZING! Perfectly seasoned, I did not have to add a thing to this, not even salt. All of the flavors/ingredients in this soup mesh really well together, and they did NOT skimp on the chicken at all. It has a spicy kick to it which I loved. "Originally my order was canceled by DD due to store unable to fullfill my order even though I was in time before the delivery deadline. I called the owner to tell him what happened and he needed to know which location. He said he would call that store. He called back and had me reorder my 2 6packs. This time it was successful! These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?
I will update about the other flavors that were ordered.
I think these would be a nice gift as a 'thank you' to my fire department!

Most of the potatoes were good, but a few were undercooked while a few others were overcooked and blackened to the point of being inedible. That said, the dish was still enjoyable overall.

"I haven't seen anyone comment on the Golden Milk Latte yet, so I figured I'd comment. If you're a fan of Chai Tea Latte's this one's excellent, a subtle sweetness with the creaminess of the milk and spices was delicious. The sourdough sandwhich I could tell was going to be a bit smaller than a bagel sandwhich from the DD menu, but was filling, and for DD prices do not think it's overpriced. I think it was very tasty, and the Rosemary Thyme bagel was also a wonderful addition. I am typically a Starbucks regular, but Mad Llama is showing me I'm wasting my money there. Will be ordering here much more!"
