But the best addition was the inclusion of little cups of sauce. I don't know if it's the Buffacuse sauce but it's sort of sweet/tangy and it really enhances the meat. Make sure you ask for some sauce on the side. Even the brisket, which was really dry, lights up with this sauce. The sides were and remain really good. I'd raise my rating from 2/5 to 4/5.
