I spent $18 to have this coffee delivered and had to throw it straight in the trash. The cup was so dirty it honest to god looked used cup that got pulled out of the trash. It was covered in dried coffee spills ALL over the sides and bottom of the cup. To make things even worse, it wasn't even a vanilla latte like I ordered. It was a completely different color, smelled strange and tasted terrible. I was scared to even drink it. I know it wasn't the drivers fault because the Starbucks bag was taped shut and had my name on it. This is extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who comes here every day. Whoever made my order this morning, please talk to them because this isn't ok. Just because the customer isn't standing right in front of you doesn't mean they deserve less. Your door dash customers are the ones paying an arm and a leg to order from you 😔"
