"I usually do not have issues with my orders, but today's order was so disappointing. Firstly, the matcha latte didn't have its usual sticker and was just spilled in the bag so a quarter of it was wasted. It made the bag so soggy and almost torn through.
Secondly, the chicken burger had soooo much mayo. Like way more than usual. It was so sickening, I had to take off the burger top and scooped out excessive mayo. The person or prople who prepared my order was/were not careful."

Luckily I had pre-paid D.D. delivery for a year at a fixed & reduced rate, and there was also a 40% offer at this store for the night, bringing the price down to $17.60.
Still, it was over-priced for the size of the Burger and I was left hungry.
I must add that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the freshness or flavour of the Burger,- it was perfectly cooked.

The Creamy mushroom & spinach sauce would have been 110% perfection but was let down by either a heavy hand with the salt, or an incredibly salty cheese, or both.
