"I usually do not have issues with my orders, but today's order was so disappointing. Firstly, the matcha latte didn't have its usual sticker and was just spilled in the bag so a quarter of it was wasted. It made the bag so soggy and almost torn through.
Secondly, the chicken burger had soooo much mayo. Like way more than usual. It was so sickening, I had to take off the burger top and scooped out excessive mayo. The person or prople who prepared my order was/were not careful."

The bread ratio is also way off, like 80% stale bread to filling - and the schnitzel is the size of a chicken tender. Grey lettuce. Mayo was so old it had started to oxidise and split. Mont Blanc was exceptional and I have had the Fish Tacos here which incredible."
