"I always give 5 star reviews where possible to help small business, but sometimes you can't, or it's not an honest review. I generally comment where the issue is but on the odd occasion the star rating is necessary. In this case the Sheperd's pie was burnt & old not even our dogs would eat it. Both lamb & mega beef roll were old & could not eat either. The egg herb sandwich was not fresh as the lettuce inside was already discolored. For the price we paid, would have been better off heating up a supermarket version which has tasted better. Food will need to be fresh, or you will lose customers that is a given.
