This dish has a lot more potential, it should be made with shredded hash browns and would be a whole lot better. It is not good the way it is made today. The biscuits were overcooked and tough. They are small and not fluffy like every where else. I keep trying this place hoping it will get better and it just never does which is frustrating because it is so close. "The meat was so tender you could eat it with a spoon. I was surprised at how much meat was on each of the ribs. Really not what I was expecting from a chain restaurant but it was really good!"
"I was thinking paying almost $40 for the Three Meats I was gonna get what it seemed to be good amount of food. The brisket was dry, no bark was even on it and only like 8 THIN slices, and I mean THIN? The smoked sausage was fine, it's just sausage. The catfish I got was alright, kind of crazy how it was only one fillet. If I wanted another I would have to pay $5 just for one. Mac n Cheese was dry, tasted like it had been sitting out for couple hours which by the way I ordered a couple minutes after they had just opened. Surprisingly the french fries were delicious. Still crispy. Overall I think I'll go get some BBQ somewhere else because this one disappointed me a bit."
