They lose a star because, as you can see in the photo, they wrap the Coffee large with a plastic wrap and shove it in the bag without any stability. The coffee spilled all over the bag, on the wrapped sandwich and brownie.

I would eat their desserts or bakery items, but everything else is a no for me. Also, the cinnamon roll was nottttt good. It was strongly cinnamon flavored bread with a little bit of icing.
