The chicken was very dark too, not a beautiful golden brown like Caine's, or Slim Chickens or even McDonald's. The garlic parmesan flavoring was very good, the tenders were not too overdone but the boneless wings were way past overcooked. I basically threw out almost the entire large container of fries cause they were inedible. I could tell the oil was the culprit for all the issues. At a chicken place, this should be top priority. We had had issues about 15 years ago at this same location and did not come back because the service was bad and the food was undercooked. I thought DoorDash was using a different location but once I saw where the pickup was, I figured, it's been awhile, let's just give them another chance. Well, now I know not to order from them again no matter where I order from. They haven't improved with age. "

"I wasnt impressed with my order, especially for the price. 35 dollars for two meals and one drink. The drink was 4 dollars and wasnt full, was small, about 20 ounces, and it barely had ice. The bacon wasnt fully cooked. The hash browns were soggy and gross, not like the fried potatoes that appear in the picture. The eggs, sausage and french toast were adequate. They wouldnt accept special instructions, such as asking for the bacon to be crispy. I will not order from this business again."
