The chicken was just as tender and flavorful as you would expect from a place as this; not having to look for the traditional spices in the dish is a plus. Would have liked more of the Shirazi salad; it was almost like it was non existent. The falafel with tahini on the other hand, a definite no. It does not look like what is being displayed online. The balls were fried in too high of heat or for too long. Either way, they were below standard and I give a rating 2.5/5. "

My I order had one error. I ordered an unsweetened tea with my burger. I am from Florida, and I grew up drinking sweet tea. However, there are not many places in Florida that know how to make great sweet tea. There is a fine balance between too much sugar and not enough sugar. You also need a good brewed tea. Cannon Brew Pub has mastered that balance perfectly! Back home, I always order unsweetened tea and add Stevia because I hate when sweet tea is too sweet. "This was a pretty good break at a nice price! The Big Breakfast was delicious! I enjoyed the grits and eggs the most! The Sausage Patties, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit is huge! I was too full from the big breakfast to really dig in but took a bite and it was tasty. Really appreciate jelly being in the bag already, too! Didn't get to try the Strawberry Cake this go round. I did try the blue velvet cake that was included but wasnt really a fan. Only thumbs down'd the Blue Powerade due to getting a different drink. Overall a good choice and I'll definitely be back."
