I have always loved ordering latte from this place but the last two times I ordered just a latte whether decaf or regular espresso with vanilla cold foam, maple brown sugar syrup, less sweet, and less ice, with either oatmilk or wholemilk, both times, the lattes had a certain taste of burnt espresso or something else. It is extremely acidic that it overpowers the entire taste, and we cannot even finish the lattes, and just ended up throwing them away.
