• The salmon and tuna sushi were almost inedible. The fish had a rubbery, soggy texture and tasted unmistakably frozen. Instead of the fresh, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth quality sushi is known for, it was watery, bland, and unpleasant. The freshness was not there. Every bite felt like a chore, and it honestly made me wonder if it was safe to eat.
• The sashimi was insulting. For the price, I received only 4 thin, lifeless slices that lacked any freshness or flavor presence. They tasted like they had been sitting around for days, with no richness or depth — just cold, flavorless pieces of fish.
• The sushi rolls were equally disappointing. They completely lacked flavor, balance, or creativity. It was as if the ingredients were thrown together with no care — nothing stood out, nothing tasted fresh, and the rice itself was forgettable and poorly seasoned.
• The egg drop soup was disgusting. Instead of being a light, simple soup, it was loaded with overpowering flavors of seaweed and shrimp that made no sense for this dish. It tasted like a pot of leftovers dumped into broth — heavy, fishy, and downright gag-inducing.
• The salad was pathetic: just some lazily chopped romaine tossed into a styrofoam container, paired with a dressing I couldn’t bring myself to open because the whole thing looked so unappetizing.
• The kani salad was perhaps the most revolting part. It had no depth whatsoever — just cucumber that tasted like it had been cut 5 days ago, flimsy and limp, with a smear of spicy mayo on top. Some stale “crunchies” were tossed in as if that could hide the lack of freshness, and there was no masago at all. It was disgusting and lazy.
For nearly $50, this meal was an absolute disgrace. Everything tasted cheap, careless, and nasty. Nothing had the freshness, flavor, or quality you expect — especially not sushi. This was not only a waste of money but one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve ever had. This restaurant should be ashamed of serving food like this, and I strongly recommend that others save their money and avoid it at all costs."

"My wife and I enjoyed our Kujo as the pizza had a wide variety of items atop the pizza and the pizza was very tasty when we ate it in store (i.e. at its freshest). The interior of the store is nice (which is to be expected given this location has not been open all that long) and everything we could see was very clean, orderly and well maintained.
The second test (and just as important to us) is how well the leftovers taste after reheating. Here as well, the Kujo passed this test too. We had the thickest version offered by Lost Pizza but no one should confuse this with a deep dish pizza - it is not up to that standard.
One personnel aspect worth mentioning - the folks that work in this location are among the nicest staff we have encountered in any dining establishment in quite a long time. We interacted with 4 different folks during this visit and all of them would be a credit to any staff anywhere. "

The dish had no sauce on it like they half rinsed the dipping spoon off and just rubbed the excess over the noodles. I also had to put a ton of salt on it when I got home because it was so underseasoned. Don't get me wrong I LOVE outback but for over $35 for this is honestly ridiculous. "
