It is worth mentioning that an additional amount was paid for the fillings selected. Upon contacting the store, the employee stated that I needed to call the store to specify 1/2 and 1/2 for the fillings previously selected on the app. I explained that I would not have known to do that extra step of contacting the store to confirm the selection. The employee did apologize and let me know to notify the store in the future for a similar order.

"I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I had to.
I live only about 10 minutes away, so I was surprised that the food was already cold when I got home. I started eating the legume first, and it was completely cold while the rice was only mildly warm. I ended up having to reheat the entire meal.
To make matters worse, we specifically requested rice and beans but received black rice instead. I’m not sure what the point of offering different rice options is if the order isn’t prepared as requested.
We also ordered the stew turkey, but there wasn’t any stew sauce on the plate at all. The turkey ended up being dry because there was nothing to go with it.
Unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t much better. The rice was clumpy, and the legume lacked flavor.
What’s frustrating is that this wasn’t our first visit. The first time we ordered from Island Signature, the food was amazing, which is why we came back. I honestly didn’t expect the quality to drop this much on our second visit.
I really hope this was just an off day because I know they’re capable of much better."

"Okay so first time trying this place. Would rate the cheddar & Bacon Croissant 2/5, got more cheddar than bacon and egg. The Affogato espresso tasted burnt? Not sure if it's the coffee beans or the way they made it. The Biscoff Matcha Latte was super bland unfortunately, when I mean bland, I mean BLAND. I could hardly taste the biscoff, and had way more cold foam than I did matcha. Honestly I think this was the most disappointing part since this was what I'd been looking forward to the most. The New York Bagel was okay and edible but I've had better. Overall I'd give the experience as 3/5, not terrible but nothing to write home about.
