"I have loved Roxy's Everytime I've eaten there. Most of my positive experiences have been in person, however I'm very disappointed with getting delivery. There were several glaring issues. Good news is that the chicken katsu itself is actually really well made and I would recommend it. Bad news is the "large" side of chicken katsu was actually smaller than the amount I got in my meal, which was almost the same price(and already very expensive). If you're going to buy extra, just get an additional meal, then at least you'll get some more sides. Additionally, something was off about the steamed veggies. A lot of it was unpleasantly wilted, as well as inconsistently cooked (some broccoli was undercooked, some overcooked for example). Whatever mix they changed their veggies to was unappealing. Lastly, I was very disappointed with the katsu sauce. It's usually one of my favorite parts of the meal-- however, this smelled and tasted like mostly ketchup and saracha sauce and I couldn't even stomach it."
