I had to wait at the register while the employees took & fulfilled several walk-in orders before serving me. By the time I received my order, it was cold. I thought the whole idea of ordering through Door Dash was to skip the line. In this case, it was pointless. In addition, I didn't get the 16 oz. salsa fresca that was supposed to be included in my order. I'm very disappointed with the service, but the food was good. Next time, I'll order from the Cardenas by my home on La Sierra in Riverside. Their service is always excellent as is their food."

My son loved the Grilled Cheese, it was cooked perfectly. The Mitten Cookie was a very tasty treat afterwards. "I placed a cake order through DoorDash, and it was substituted because the original cake was out of stock, which I completely understood and had no issue with. The problem was that the replacement cake was missing all the ingredients that are supposed to be inside. It was basically just a plain chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake.
I went to the store and showed photos of the inside of the cake from multiple angles. The employee I spoke with, who said he was the one who made the cakes, insisted that the cake was built correctly. Despite the clear photos showing otherwise, he continued to tell me that nothing was wrong with it.
If I wanted a basic ice cream cake like the one I received, I could have gone to a grocery store and paid half the price. Maybe next time, I'll bring an apron and walk the employee through the ingredients step by step and we can build the cake together."
