Then they gave us a pizza croissant instead which was alright but barely has any filling inside, it tasted good though, but it said pizza croissant with pompadoro sauce and both of them had absolutely no sauce. "I meant to write this last Sunday, but it’s been a busy week, and I’ve honestly just been exhausted. 😂
Last Sunday, after surviving an overnight work from home shift that lasted just under 16 hours, I was completely running on fumes. I coordinate with teams across multiple countries in real time, so the time zone differences can be absolutely brutal on my sleep schedule.
Lately it’s been even more intense because we’re in the middle of a major project rollout, and last Saturday was by far the toughest day yet. Unfortunately that meant that by Sunday morning… I was drained and desperate for “Coffee”.
The morning alarms began going off in my kids’ rooms, and I hadn’t even started their breakfast yet.
So I grabbed my phone and turned to our family’s favorite go-to spot: Taco’s Jalisco’s.
I ordered enough pancakes, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and French toast to feed everyone —and every single thing was cooked, packed and delivered absolutely perfectly.
Every item arrived fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious.
My kids loved every bite, and they were completely stuffed by the time they finished eating. 😂
Look, when you’re beyond exhausted, having a place you know you can count on for a great meal makes all the difference in the world.
