I've ordered Concrete Mixers from this location several times (x12 so far), and they consistently arrive melted because the store prepares them far too early. I've visited in person and watched the staff make the Mixer immediately after the order is placed, then leave it sitting on the counter at room temperature while the rest of the food is still being cooked.
By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time.
This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."

Salted Caramel Cheesecake was good - creamy and lots of caramel, although it is over $9 a slice. The West Coast Burger was where things went downhill a little. The burger had a strong charred taste on the outside but was (to me) undercooked on the inside - very, very pink and so a little mushy. It just wasn't a pleasant texture combination, and the overall taste was of burnt burger. I did substitute the type of cheese on there; I believe it comes with pepper jack usually. Also, the avocado crema sounded so good, but there was only a small dollop on the bun, so I needed to add extra condiments because it was too dry otherwise. It was $16.50 for the burger and fries, and a pickle slice was included. I would order from here again to see if it was just an off day, but I would get something different than a burger. "

"This is the ramen we've been searching for... the wife and I went to the Ramen Museum in Yokohama, Japan over a decade ago... since then we've been searching for ramen in the U.S./Wisconsin that compares. There was one place in Charlotte, NC that was good but FINALLY we found it at Mitaka. I had the spicy Tantanmen, the wife had the Tonkotsu, we ordered the extra pork belly for both, do yourself a favor and do the same, thank me later. The pork belly buns were the best we've had since Japan as well. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!"
