The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi.
I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here?
I feel like I wasted my time, gas, money, and appetite. I left completely unsatisfied and honestly want a full refund. This location really needs to step up its service and food quality."
