"The restaurant itself is amazing — the food is incredible and the in-person atmosphere is immaculate. That said, ordering through DoorDash was less than ideal.
The initial wait time didn’t seem too bad, but my DoorDash driver ended up waiting almost an hour because the restaurant couldn’t provide any ETA due to how busy they were. I completely understand weekends get hectic, but having no estimate at all was frustrating and unfair to the driver, especially since it made him look responsible for the delay when it wasn’t his fault.
I think having more accurate or realistic wait times during peak hours would make the experience much better for everyone. Please do better in that area.
