"This was the worst subway I have ever been too. Portion sucked this was a 12" foot long Roast Beef combo. I ordered extra cheese, thank God because literally there was one little sliver of roast beef across the whole sandwich. "I wanted a Tuna Sub from Subway & I placed a DoubleDash order, for myself & my neighbor. I LOVE soft pretzels, so I decided I'd try Auntie Anne's® Footlong Pretzel (330 Cals) again. Last time it was hard as a rock; even after I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds, it did not soften. I ordered it, & guess what? My SOFT pretzel was like concrete. It was not edible. I would've broken teeth if I had attempted it. You know, frozen soft pretzels only take 4 mins to cook. These should not be cooked until ordered...or at least store it in a manner that keeps it soft. Hell, send it to me frozen, & I'll cook it. The person who put it in the bag HAD to feel how hard it was. Both times. They just didn't care.
