I am a Starbucks junkie, but ordering a drink drink from any of the delivery apps is difficult and very expensive if you use sugar free syrups. I placed an order on the Doordash app for pickup. I watched as the employee made the order. As the employee went to hand me the bag I asked her about two of the flavors she had scooped, as they were not varieties I had ordered. She explained that they were out of those flavors. I then asked, "So, were you just not going to tell me?" To which she replied, "I thought this was just a doordash order..." I responded, "That shouldn't make a difference."
